This page says what you can expect from Firmpoint and what we expect from you. It is written plainly on purpose. It covers the firmpoint.app website, the guided demo, and the Firmpoint app at app.firmpoint.app. Using any of them means you accept what is on this page. Questions: rumman@firmpoint.app.
Firmpoint is built and run by Rumman Khan, in Bangalore, India, for construction firms in the UAE and the UK. When this page says "we", that is who it means. If that ever changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.
Firmpoint reads the quotes, invoices and delivery notes your firm already receives, puts them into one record, compares suppliers, routes an order for approval, and hands the approved order to your ERP. Three things it never does, and these are promises, not settings:
Firmpoint is in early access, firm by firm. That means two honest things. First, joining the list is not a promise of a date. Second, while your firm is in early access, features change, and a screen you use this month may look different next month. We tell you before anything you depend on changes.
You are responsible for who on your team you give access to, and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has got into your account and we will help you shut it down. Do not let anyone use your account for work that is not your firm's.
The documents you connect or upload belong to your firm, not to us. We use them to run the product for you and for nothing else. We do not sell them, we do not show them to other firms, and we do not use your firm's data to train models. What we collect and how we handle it is set out on the privacy page, which is part of these terms. You can take your data out in a normal format at any time, and you can ask us to delete it.
If any of that happens we may pause the account, and we will tell you why.
Firmpoint reads documents with AI and shows you what it found. It is good, and it is not perfect. Every value it pulls out keeps a link to the document it came from so your team can check it, and your team confirms the numbers before they are trusted. A figure on a screen is not a substitute for your own approval: the decision to place an order, and the money that follows it, stays yours. We also cannot promise the service is never down, and we do not promise any particular result for your firm. During early access there is no uptime guarantee.
If Firmpoint causes you a loss, what you can claim from us is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before it happened. Nothing here takes away a right the law gives you and will not let you sign away.
You can stop whenever you like. Disconnect your mailbox or your WhatsApp number in Settings, take your data out, and tell us to delete the rest. We can end an account too, and other than the serious cases above we give you notice first and time to get your data out.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we say so here with a new date at the top, and we tell firms already using Firmpoint before it takes effect.
